Darkhorse Cargo

Enclosed cargo and work trailers

Enclosed cargo trailers, dedicated work trailers and long tandem haulers, in widths from 5 feet up to 8.5 feet. It is the line Grandville carries in the most depth.

NEO

All-aluminum enclosed trailers

The whole trailer is aluminum, from frame to skin to floor. The range runs from small single-axle boxes up to long tandem snowmobile and car haulers.

Diamond C

Equipment and dump trailers

A family-run builder from Mount Pleasant, Texas, known for frames that are engineered rather than built to a price. Our Diamond C stock sits at the heavy end: equipment decks and dump bodies.

Sure-Trac

Steel utility, car hauler and equipment trailers

Built by Novae in Indiana. Sure-Trac covers the sizes that do the most work: single-axle 5x8 and 5x10 utility trailers, 7-foot-wide tandems and open car haulers.

BND

Galvanized dump, equipment and utility trailers

American-made and hot-dip galvanized from the frame out, so there is no paint to chip and nothing for Michigan road salt to grab onto.

Car Mate

Enclosed cargo trailers

Car Mate has been building trailers for over forty years. Its Custom Cargo, HD Contractor and Sport lines cover work crews, toy haulers and mobile businesses.

Choosing between brands

Aluminum or steel

NEO builds in aluminum. Darkhorse Cargo, Car Mate, Sure-Trac and Diamond C build in steel. Aluminum weighs less and does not rust, which leaves more of the rating for your load. Steel costs less to buy and is easier for any shop to repair. Neither is the wrong answer; it comes down to what you haul and how you will use the trailer.

Galvanized for Michigan winters

BND galvanizes every trailer it builds, so road salt has no paint to get under. See the galvanized trailers we carry, or read why galvanized trailers last longer in Michigan winters.

Heavy equipment

For skid steers, mini excavators and tractors, start with Diamond C and Sure-Trac equipment decks and the BND equipment line. All of them are on our equipment trailers page.

Car haulers, open or enclosed

Sure-Trac builds open car haulers, and Car Mate and Darkhorse Cargo build enclosed trailers long enough to carry a car. Our guide to open or enclosed car haulers compares the two.
