This position will work from our shop in Grandville, MI. The right person will be a team player with a positive outlook, be willing to help in a variety of areas, have a strong work ethic and focus on customer service and high quality standards. As we are a small shop, this job, like all of our team, the person in this role will have a lot of variety in their work day, occasionally helping in areas outside their normal scope of work, to help our dealership run smoothly.

This includes unloading trailer shipments, assembling some trailer components (wheels, tires, jacks), checking lights and other power/hydraulic components, and washing inventory. This also includes taking marketing pictures, keeping the lot clean and organized, and occasionally maintaining the grounds (pavement, gravel, lawn).

In addition, you will spend a meaningful amount of their time on external customer trailer maintenance and repair projects. While not necessary, the ideal candidate will have experience in trailer maintenance, repair and steel and aluminum fabrication. Typical repair & maintenance work includes: wheel bearing repacking/replacement, trailer brake replacement, enclosed trailer body work, trailer frame and gate fabrication, suspension work, coupler replacement, jack replacement, wheel and/or tire replacement, body work on enclosed trailers and diagnosing and fixing wiring issues.
